The Memphis District USACE has a requirment to acquire 54,000 new oak and selected durable mixed hardwood, borate/creosote dual pressure treated wooden crossties 7 inches by 9 inches by 8 feet 6 inches (7” x 9” x 8’6”) with end plating, delivered by barge or truck to 10325 Richardson Landing, Drummonds, TN 38023.
