The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Memphis District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a Contractor to perform environmental cleaning and disinfection of the multiple buildings located within the following cities Anchorage, Alaska; Buffalo, New York; Galveston, Texas; Millington, Tennessee; Norfolk, Virginia; Rock Island, Illinois; Vicksburg, Mississippi; and Walla Walla, Washington. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis.
