This project is advertised as a Women-Owned Small Business Set-Aside using sealed bid procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $36.5 million. This will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Yazoo Levee Gravel Resurfacing. The total estimated value of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
