The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for levee gravel resurfacing and any incidental related work according to the specifications and plans along the St. Francis Levee (System 10/11/12). The project limits are: System 10: 57/58 to 72/73, System 10: 78/79 to 101/8+50, System 11: 44/-9+50 (Missouri State Line) to 55/48+15, System 11: 21/22 (SR 77) to 66/67, System 12: 67/68 to 82/83,System 12: 88/89 - 113/7+40 HWY 79, System 12: 119/45+30 - 122/30+10 as shown on the plans. This project is advertised as a Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside using sealed bid procedures. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $36.5 million. This will be an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for St. Francis Levee Gravel Resurfacing (System 10/11/12). The total estimated value of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Solicitation will be issued on/about 16 June 2020 and bid opening date will be on/about 16 July 2020. The resulting contract award will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), including the NAICS code they are bidding under, in order to receive a Government contract award and to register, the SAM Internet address is: https://beta.sam.gov.
