The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for Repairing Current Fence and Installing New Fence at Ensley Engineer Yard (EEY) 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: This pre-solicitation notice is for interested firms to submit their proposal/SF1449 in accordance with the solicitation and closing date. Firms will be selected for review based on evaluation criteria. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposed procurement listed herein will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside procurement. Supplies/Services to be procured under this announcement are classified in North American Industry Classification System Code as 238990. It is the district's intent to award one (1) contract to the qualified business. Requirement will be accomplished under this Firm Fixed Price Type Contract with a performance period not to exceed March 22, 2019. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: Contractor is required to provide supplies/services to satisfy this requirement for the USACE Memphis District. The performance required under this contract consist of repairing fencing and installing new fencing as specified locations listed in solicitation. 1. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested firms having the capabilities for this work must provide your submittal in accordance to solicitation W912EQ19T0004 instructions. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about February 17, 2019. Response to the solicitation must be received via email, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated therein. Proposal should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ19T0004 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Valerie Marshall, 167 N.
