The Government will deliver the vessel to the vendor's facilities. See the attached Performance Work Statement for detailed requirements. Due to mission constraints, a separate combined synopsis/solicitation will not be posted. Interested vendors must contact the primary POC for solicitation information and written RFQ submissions. Anticipated award date is July 6, 2020 with quotes due at 1000 Central on July 1, 2020.
