The Memphis District USACE has a requirement to acquire two (2) Lowboy 5-Axle trailers, 55 ton minimum with a hydraulic self-lifting detachable gooseneck. The trailers should be approximately thirty (30) linear feet from the neck to the first axle. The trailers should also have fenders and a ground clearance of approximately 10-12 inches. The trailers are to be delivered to Ensley Engineers Yard, located at 2915 Riverport Road Memphis, TN 38109 within 60 days after receipt of award.
