The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for clearing & snagging, top bank shaping, channel excavation, disposal of excavated materials, shoal removal and seeding & mulching for Ditch 1 Upper Cleanout and any incidental related work according to the specifications and plans. The project limits are CL STA 0+00 to CL STA 2032+00 as shown on the plans. The estimated value of the work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The work shall be divided into phases: Contract: CL STA 0+00 to STA 1125+00 - Clearing & Snagging and Shoal Removal CL STA 1125+00 to STA 2032+00 - Clearing & Snagging and Channel Cleanout. This project is being advertised as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside procurement utilizing sealed bid procedures. The work shall be located in Stoddard, Pemiscot and New Madrid Counties, MO. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $39.5 million. The estimated value of the work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Solicitation will be issued on/about 10 June 2020 and bid opening date will be on/about 14 July 2020.
