The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District has an ongoing need for heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and ancillary services. These are required for projects across the South Atlantic Division AOR, including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and parts of Central and South America. The requirement covers a broad, non-exhaustive list of frequently used materials and services. An amendment to the solicitation provides answers to questions and revised attachments.
