Refer to attached documents for details. All offerors are required to acknowledge amendments 0001 through 0005. 4 September 2025 - Amendment 0004 is issued. Refer to attached documents for details. The offer due date is extended to 19 September 2025 12PM EDT. The deadline for submitting questions and seeking clarifications is 11 September 2025 12:00 PM EDT. Please note that the Government will be under no obligation to respond to questions or provide clarifications received after this deadline. All offerors are required to acknowledge amendments 0001 through 0004. 26 August 2025 - The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to update the requirement. Refer to attached documents for details. The offer due date is extended to 5 September 2025 12PM EDT. Offers submitted prior to this amendment were unopened and will not be considered.
