Fort Pierce Beach Renourishment, St. Lucie County, FL

This project involves constructing a beach berm along roughly 7,000 feet of shoreline south of the Fort Pierce Inlet in Florida. Beach-compatible sand will be dredged from Capron Shoal, about four miles southeast of the site, and offloaded inside the South Jetty. The work includes environmental monitoring, beach tilling, quality control, and related construction support activities. The performance location is specifically between FDEP Range Monuments R-34 and T-41, with staging at the end of Seaway Drive. The work is subdivided into a base component and one option.
