The excavated material will be transported to and placed in the Fernandina Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species observers (hopper dredges only), sea turtle trawling (hopper dredges only), and marine animal observer (mechanical/clamshell dredges only). The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 18 June 2025 and bids will be due on or about 22 July 2025. The project estimated period of performance is as follows: Commence work no later than (NLT) 60 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete work NLT 100 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (NTP). Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities.
