DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project work consists of maintenance dredging Tampa Harbor at identified dredging areas indicated on the drawings. Dredge areas will incorporate 1 foot of allowable overdepth. All dredged material is to be disposed of in DMPF-2D. Additional work includes turbidity monitoring, sea turtle trawling and relocation, bird monitoring, and environmental species monitoring. Note: Coast Guard Certified dredge equipment is required to complete the work. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 17 June 2025 and bids will be due on or about 21 July 2025. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $37 million The Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. The period of performance associated with this requirement is: 210 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall commence work within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). THIS PROCUREMENT IS AN UNRESTRICTED REQUIREMENT. NOTE: U.S. COAST GUARD CERTIFIED DREDGE EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
