DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project work consists of maintenance dredging in the Federal navigation channel of Naples to Big Marco Pass. The excavated material will be placed in the beach placement area south of Gordon Pass. Incidental work includes but is not limited to turbidity monitoring, environmental species monitoring, beach fill quality control, vibration control monitoring, and beach tilling. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 30 May 2025 and bids will be due on or about 15 July 2025. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $37 million. The Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The period of performance associated with this requirement is: 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall commence work within 60 calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENT.
