A Pre-Bid Conference will be held via teleconference on 18 July 2023 at 11:00am, EDT. Project work consists of maintenance dredging shoal material of Intracoastal Waterway (IWW) in St. Johns and Flagler Counties. The St. Johns County area, located in the vicinity of Matanzas Inlet, consists of IWW Cuts SJ-59, SJ-60, SJ-61, and settling basins adjacent to Cuts SJ-60 and SJ-61. In Flagler County the dredging area consists of Cut F-2. Excavated material from these areas will be transported to a beach disposal area located at Summer Haven south of Matanzas Inlet. Incidental work includes beach tilling, environmental species, turbidity monitoring, and vibration monitoring and control at the Summer Haven placement area. Work will be divided into a base and one option. The work is located on the northeast coast of Florida in the southern portion of St. Johns County and the northern portion of Flagger County, known as Reach V. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 28 June2023 and bids will be due on or about 27 July 2023. The Small Business Standard is $37 million. Magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE ACQUISITION. ALL RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.
