The excavated material will be transported to and placed in the Fernandina Ocean Dredged Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Work also includes turbidity monitoring, endangered species observers (hopper dredges only), sea turtle trawl-sweeping (hopper dredges only), and marine animal observer (mechanical/clamshell dredges only). The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 20 December 2022 and bids will be due on or about 27 January 2022. NAICS Code 237990, Dredging and Surface Cleanup Activities. The Small Business Standard is $32.5 million. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and 5,000,000.00. The period of performance associated with this requirement is: 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION.
