USACE Jacksonville requires a non-personal services contract for HVAC Maintenance Services for each Armed Forces Career Center located in Puerto Rico. HVAC maintenance services include, but are not limited to, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, repair and replacement of parts, and inspection of HVAC equipment and systems in accordance with the frequency and standard outlined in the attached PWS. All submissions must use the attached blank pricing sheet when quoting their level of effort. This requirement will be awarded Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ SATOC with a base of 12 months and 4 option years of 12 months each Prior Government contract work is not required for submitting quote under this solicitation. You must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award.
