The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District requires a non-personal services, firm-fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to conduct invasive species management activities on USACE lands and USACE sponsored lands throughout the state of Florida and the South Atlantic Division (SAD). Work includes terrestrial and/or natural area vegetation management, aquatic vegetation management, vegetation planting, vegetation surveys and GIS Mapping, and environmental restoration as it relates to vegetation management.

SUBJECT: Vegetation Management, Florida & South Atlantic Division - W912EP20R0007 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District (SAJ) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide vegetation management, environmental restoration/protection, and vegetation/GIS mapping and aerial photographs on various projects and properties within boundaries of the South Atlantic Division (SAD) of USACE. The contract shall outline the basic services to be performed in a broad nature and each task order issued will expand the services to be accomplished which will be unique to each project. The Contractor shall provide the appropriate labor, materials, equipment, and oversight for the work being performed on each task order. Project site locations will primarily be on lands managed by USACE or other federal or non-federal agencies. Work may be performed on public/private right of ways for emergency response operations. The locations may be remote, require long distance travel in adverse conditions and may require travel via boat or barge. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government utilizing the Tradeoff process. Proposals will be evaluated in the areas of Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price.
