AMENDMENT 5 HAS BEEN ISSUED. PLEASE NOTE IN AMENDMENT 5 INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING HOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE AMENDMENTS IN PARTICULAR THE SYSTEM ERROR SKIPPING AMENDMENT 3. Project work will consist of renourishing critically eroded shoreline along Miami-Dade Beach in the following locations known as Hot Spots, 65th Street (FDEP Range Monuments R-43 to R-46.5), 55th Street (FDEP Range Monuments R-49.5 to R-50.5), 44th Street (FDEP Range Monuments R-53.5 to R-55.5), and 27th Street (FDEP Range Monuments R-60 to R-61). The project has a maximum berm elevation of +6.6 feet, NAVD88, and a minimum berm elevation of no less than +6.1 feet, NAVD88. The Construction Base Line (CBL) and Erosion Control Line (ECL) are the same and the width of the berm crest varies as shown in the drawings. The berm will slope at 1V:10H to tie into existing grade. The sand source for the project will be an upland source, and material will be truck hauled to the project location. The upland source will be selected by the Contractor meeting criteria required in contract specifications. Project work also includes turbidity monitoring and endangered species monitoring. Project work is located between Bakers Haulover and Government Cut in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Period of Performance is 192 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS: NAICS Code 237990, size standard $36.5 million. Magnitude of construction is between $15,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION.
