Additionally furnish and deliver quantity Sixty (60) timbers at dimensions 8” T x 12” W x 59” L with general timber characteristics: 100% oak, rough sawn, full sawn, blocks are square edged and sound with minimal wane, precision end trimmed to 59” inches long +/- 1/8” inch. Lastly, the wood timbers shall be pressure treated; vendors shall include any associated pricing as part of their proposal. The timbers are to be used for supporting a Manitowoc MLC 165 Crane on a USACE owned barge. The vendor must provide a table of properties for their proposal which shall include at a minimum the compressive strength and total weight of the respective mat groups (compressive strength and total weight of quantity thirty-five (35) composite timbers; compressive strength and total weight of quantity sixty (60) oak timbers).
