Air Handler Units Maintenance Services Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c) (16)(i), all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-96. The associated NAICS code is: 238220 Small business size standard is: $15.0 million Attached is a copy of the Solicitation, Performance Work Statement, and Past Performance Form. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District requires. Work shall be accomplished during regular work hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (EST), Monday through Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror. A site visit is schedule for 29 May 19 at 1300 hrs (1PM). The location of the site visit is Prudential Building Security desk, 2nd floor. The period of performance is a one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option years.
