The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has a construction requirement for asbestos removal and demolition at a site in Cassville, Wisconsin, and asbestos removal at a site in Clinton County, Iowa. The project will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be awarded as a single Firm Fixed Price contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures.
