The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a solicitation for a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for paint and related materials, with an estimated value of $900,000 over five years. The required paint formulas must be CERL certified. A portion of the requirement for blasting media is planned to be set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS code 327910. This is a presolicitation notice only, and any submissions in response to it will not be considered.
