The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure: Temporary Flood Barriers for the National Flood Fight Materiel Center (NFFMC). Rock Island District intends to enter into a firm fixed price contract with a small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 624230 - Emergency and Other Relief Services and the size standard is not to exceed $41.5M. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any small-business firm (or other than small-business firm) that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting Evidence/Capability Statements must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed to the point of contact below by 16 January 2025 at 1600PM CT. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
