The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District intends to issue a solicitation for mowing and trimming services at Coralville Lake Dam and Recreational Areas in Iowa City, Johnson County, Iowa. This is a pre-solicitation notice and is NOT a request for quotations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that Coralville Lake grounds maintenance is performed at all campgrounds, recreation areas, and other necessary locations listed in the contract. The Contractor is required to perform the required service in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trimming, debris removal service, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
