USACE Rock Island: This project involves the fabrication and delivery of new submergible Tainter gates for Lock and Dam 21, similar to the draft contract documents that was previously posted in SAM.go... USACE Rock Island: This project involves the fabrication and delivery of new submergible Tainter gates for Lock and Dam 21, similar to the draft contract documents that was previously posted in SAM.gov. The work includes off-site fabrication of the gates, which are approximately 20 feet high and 64 feet long, and their delivery via to the site. Installation of the gates will be performed by the government and is not part of this scope. POST AWARD CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The Offeror shall submit one (1) copy of the certifications listed below from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) for all fabrication plants to be utilized for this project. All certifications shall be current, with proof that the certifications have been continuously held for the past three (3) years from the solicitation issue date. • IBR (Certified Bridge Fabricator - Intermediate) with FCE (Fracture Control Endorsement) OR • ABR (Certified Bridge Fabricator - Advanced) with FCE (Fracture Control Endorsement) OR • HYD (Certified Hydraulic Fabricator - Standard) with FCEH (Fracture Control Endorsement for Hydraulic) OR • HYDA (Certified Hydraulic Fabricator - Advanced) AND The Offeror shall submit one (1) copy of the paint/coating certifications listed below for all fabrication plants to be utilized for this project. All certifications shall be current, with proof that the certifications have been continuously held for the past three (3) years from the solicitation issue date. • Complex Coatings Endorsement – Enclosed, Covered, or Exposed (CCE-1, CCE-2, or CCE-3) OR • The Society for Protective Coatings QP3 – Shop Painting Certification NAICS CODE: 332312 ESTIMATED RANGE: >$10,000,000 COMPLETION DAYS: 1200 Consecutive Calendar Days Total Small Business Set-Aside
