The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District, Contracting Division is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify vendors capable of providing Pesticide Application Services according to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipate this action if pursued would be a firm fixed price contract with option periods under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items/services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is all or none, meaning offeror must have the ability to perform all action of the requirement as stated in the PWS.
