The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District (MVR), has a requirement for the design, fabrication, and delivery of Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer (FRP) Tainter Valves for the Lock 16 on the Upper Mississippi River. The Rock Island District intends to advertise this requirement as a full and open competition utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. The anticipated solicitation release date is 13 August 2024.
