The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District is seeking System for Award Management (SAM) database registered Small Businesses for a Firm-Fixed-Price Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the execution of services primarily consisting of but not limited to, Commercial or Residential: Surveying, Structural Condition Assessments, Environmental Investigative Services, Environmental Engineering, Archaeological and Architectural Investigations of Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Structures for various properties within the state of Louisiana. Projects outside the primary mission area of responsibility may be added at the Government's discretion upon agreement of the A/E firm. The Contracting Agency/District is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Contracting Office. This contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks A/E Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. Firms will be selected for negotiations based on demonstrated technical competence and qualifications for the required services. This contract will have a five-year base ordering period.
