The Rock Island District intends to issue a solicitation for fully lined gabion baskets and associated freight for CONUS and OCONUS locations and field site technical advisory services. As a result of an unrestricted competition, a single award IDIQ contract will be awarded. Solicitation is expected to be released in late October 2024, with award to be made in November 2024.
