The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Illinois Waterway Project (ILWW) has the requirement for the entire supply and installation of one carport. The carport will provide protection for machinery and cranes. SPECIFICATIONS: 30’ x 45’ x 12’ Vertical Roof Carport with 3-Closed Sides - Vertical Roof Base Width 30’ Base Length 45’ Sidewalls Height 12’ (12’ horizontal clearance or greater on open/entrance end.) Left and right sidewalls completely enclosed. Completely enclosed back. Gable only front, open/entrance end. Installed location will be on gravel (CA6) that has approximately 0” to 1/8” per foot slope. The grade is comprised of approximately 18” deep compacted CA6 and below the CA6 is sand. Engineer Certified (Building Permit not required): Completed installation shall be engineer certified for up to 130mph winds, or greater, and a snow load rating of 40 lbs. per square foot, or greater. Carport shall require anchoring to meet the above requirement. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, personnel, equipment, installation, and documents to complete the requirement. After receipt of order (ARO), the Contractor shall complete within 8-weeks. 1-year, or greater, warranty on product and installation defects, which starts after installation is complete by the Contractor. Quote for standard paint colors. One and no more than two colors will be provided for panels after notice to proceed is authorized.
