The work includes, but is not limited to, fabrication, assembly, painting, and delivery of a 3 Wicket Bulkhead intended for deployment at both the Peoria Lock and Dam (L&D) and the LaGrange L&D sites, situated along the Illinois River. Amendment 0001, posted on 23 August 2024, extends the contract duration by 180 days. The contract completion date is 545 days after notice to proceed. The Government has responded to questions received in ProjNet. Amendment 0001 has been uploaded in the attachment section. Amendment 0002, posted on 13 September 2024, address additional questions recevied after ProjNet was closed on 06 September 2024 at 10 AM Central Time. Questions and Answers provided in amendment attachment. NOTE - All potential offerors shall have maintained both currently and previously and remain capable of maintaining American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and/or Society for Protective Coating (SSPC) certifications as stated in section 05 59 20 and 09 97 02 of the specification for the duration of the contract. Offerors without this (these) certification(s) will not be considered for award (asked to withdraw and/or be determined ineligible for award). All potential offerors shall submit a copy of a American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and/or Society for Protective Coating (SSPC) certification with their submissson of bid.
