This work includes, but is not limited to: construction of a sheet pile mooring cell downstream of Lock and Dam 14 - Hampton, IL and LeClaire, IA and one mooring cell downstream of Lock and Dam 15 - Davenport, Iowa; including the mechanical dredging and disposal, metal sheet piling installation, armor plating, painting of hydraulic structures, PCC fill, solar-powered machine lights, and stone protection.
