UPDATE 6 FEB 2024: The Government is reactivating this presolicitation notice and anticipates issuing the Invitation for Bid for this project in the coming weeks, on or before 31 March 2024. The Government anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the project known as: City of Dubuque, 2023 Event PL84-99 Flood Repairs in Dubuque, Iowa PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for City of Dubuque, 2023 Event PL84-99 Flood Repairs in Dubuque, Iowa. The work consists of levee repairs in three different locations. Repairs to locations one and two will consist of placing riprap to restore the levee profile over approximately 2,500 linear feet. Repairs at location three will consist of excavating earthen fill around several floodwall joints and installing waterstops in the joints. Repairs will also include restoration and seeding of disturbed staging and access areas. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
