The Government anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the project known as: Bay Island Flood Repairs. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for Bay Island Drainage and Levee District No. 1, 2023 Event Flood Repairs located in Mercer County, Illinois.
