UPDATE 6 FEB 2024: The Government is reactivating this presolicitation notice and anticipates issuing the Invitation for Bid for this project in the next few weeks, on or before 29 February 2024. The Government anticipates issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price construction contract for the project known as: Coal Creek Drainage & Levee District, Flood Repairs. Project Description: The work consists of stripping, grading, placing bedding stone and riprap along 13,800 feet of the riverside slope and toe of the levee, and seeding disturbed areas. In accordance with FARS 36.204(f), the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $1M - $5M. This prospective contract action will be conducted using the NAICS Code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction), the size standard is $45M, and the Federal Supply Code is Y1QA Construction of Restoration of Real Property (Public or Private).
