This announcement is seaking apparel small businesses who have experience and are capabilible of providing apparel and other non-wearable items, as part of the U.S. Army USACE-Rock Island, Incentive Awards Program (BPA) The maximum expected order at one time is $10,000.00 The maximum expected order for the 5 year Period of Performance is $100,000.00. These purchases will be made with Government Purchase Card. Please see Attachment for Statement of Work (SOW). The Government may on-ramp new BPA holders or off-ramp existing BPA holders in the course of business during the term of this BPA. If the prospective Contractor states that they can meet requirements for providing Apparel as required per the SOW, and meets all eligibility and responsibility determinations to be awarded a Federal Contract, then the Government may award an additional BPA to a Contractor.
