All updated information in the description below is in bold type. ***Be sure to look for the solicitation notice (this one will become a "related notice" to the solicitation notice) as we get closer to the date as the time to submit proposals will be 30 days from whatever the actual issue dates is (even if earlier than planned)*** END OF NOTICE UPDATE ------------------------------------ The work includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and delivery of 3 tainter valves, 6 trunnion foot and pin sets, and 6 wire ropes. NAICS Code: 332999 Size Standard: 750 employees Estimated Range: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 Basis for award: This supply contract will be a 100% small business set-aside utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) best value continuum source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. A single award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer in response to the solicitation. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. Factors to be evaluated are Technical, Past Performance and Price. It is anticipated that the solicitation, plans and specifications for this project will be available on SAM on or about *28 April 2023*.
