This a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EK23Q0028 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 10 June 2021. This solicitation is available for full and open competition. Quotes are to be submitted electronically to Ryan Larrison at ryan.r.larrison@usace.army.mil and Samantha Johanson at samantha.k.johanson@usace.army.mil no later than 02 June 2023 at 12:00 PM CST. Description: This acquisition will be for the procurement of concrete pavement, sidewalk, and slab repair at the Clock Tower Annex, Building 217, on the Rock Island Arsenal. The project scope of work includes the following: mobilization and demobilization; demolition of concrete pavement, sidewalk, and bike rack slab; stripping and excavation; compaction of subgrade; placement and compaction of aggregate base; installation of reinforcement; placement of concrete for pavement, sidewalk, and bike rack slab; placement of topsoil and mulch; seeding; turf establishment; and site restoration. See Scope of Work for exact specifications. Period of Performance / Delivery is as follows: The contract work shall be completed within Ninety (90) calendar day from Notice to Proceed. The basis for award will be lowest price once contractor is found technically acceptable and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. All offerors must quote on all items within the schedule of prices to be eligible for award. See attachment for provisions and clauses that apply to this notice. Note: 52.212-3 Alt 1 shall be completed in the offerors System for Award Management (SAM) record. ALL interested parties must be registered in SAM in order to receive a contract award. All questions shall be in writing and submitted to Samantha Johanson at Samantha.k.johanson@usace.army.mil no later than 25 May 2023 at 12:00 PM CST. Amendment 0001 - Adds Questions and Answers regarding the solicitation as well as includes drawings that were erroneously left off the original solicitation posting. The due date for submission of quotes remains unchanged. Amendment 0002 - Removes requirement for contractors to provide proof of ACI Certification. The due date for submission of quotes is extended to 23 June 2023 at 4:00 PM CST.
