This notice serves to notify interested parties that the Government intends to issue a solicitation for Septic Pumping Services for Dubuque, Iowa Recreation Areas. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure the septic pumping of dumb stations, vault toilets, holding tanks, septic/lift stations, and multi-flo systems as requested within 24 hours of notification, 7 days a week and in accordance with Performance Work Statement. This pre-solicitation notice is for informational purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supplies or services, or for the Government to pay for the information received. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow up information requested. Consequently, no solicitation is being issued at this time. Therefore, no award will be made as a result of providing this information.
