The contractor shall provide expert third-party facilitation for the initial Cedar Rapids FRM Project Partnering Session between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District (MVR) and the City of Cedar Rapids (City) with the intent to build and sustain effective communication, productive working relationships, streamline interagency processes, and foster overall trust and mutual collaboration on the project.
