This Justification and Approval provides for an increased capacity for SATOC W912EK-22-D-0002 with AshBritt, Inc. for the ACI, Regional Contract for Debris Management Services, Region 7 - SAD. This modification increases the contract capacity of a previously awarded contract for emergency debris removal in response to the damage causes by Hurricane Helen and Hurricane Milton. Award is made pursuant to the authority of Title 10 USC 3204(a)(2), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency.
