If the prospective Contractor states that they can meet requirements for providing Aggregate as required per the SOW, to at least one location, and meets all eligibility and responsibility determinations to be awarded a Federal Contract, then the Government may award an additional BPA to a Contractor. This sources sought is an expansion of an existing BPA that was posted to sam.gov on 27APR2022, with the notice ID of W912EK22A0BPA.
