The work shall consist of maintaining, diagnosing and repairing the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment in the Clock Tower building (Bldg. 205), Annex (Bldg. 217) at 1500 Rock Island Drive , Rock Island, IL 61201and East Annex (Bldg. 340) at 1710 Rock Island Drive, Rock Island, IL 61201.
