A single award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the government. The contract type will be firm fixed price. The government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this project will be available on sam.gov on or about 14 July 2021. Any contractor wanting the plans and specifications must download them from this website.
