This has changed and is now an Invitation for Bid. The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing, grubbing, and grading submersible dike and transition slopes; removal and disposal of Portland cement concrete paving on submersible dike; installation of new riprap and new grouted riprap; placement of Portland cement concrete on submersible dike and transition slopes; and survey monument installation and associated survey. Optional work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing; placement of existing riprap; and placement of bedding stone and riprap.
