The work includes, but not limited to, demolition of the existing roof features only as necessary to construct a new pitched metal roof on the building, including a small gable roof over the entrance door and a new sidewalk from the parking lot to the entrance door. The gable roof will come out at a 45 degree angle. The new roof will be designed to cover the alcove at the adjacent entrance door to the office area of the building. Contract Estimated Range: $500,000 and $1,000,000 This will be a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside Information for Bid (IFB). It is anticipated that the plans and specifications for this project will be available beta.sam.gov on or about 07 August 2020.
