This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price service contract for goat grazing at the Lower Monumental Dam for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The contract will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with the small business size standard set at $2.5 million. The performance location is the Lower Monumental Dam.
