This is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed-price service contract for goat grazing at the Lower Monumental Dam for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. The contract will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with the small business size standard set at $2.5 million. The performance location is the Lower Monumental Dam. The official solicitation detailing the requirements will be released on the SAM.gov website in the near future. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award.
