Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Lower Granite Lock and Dam in accordance with the PWS, manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Period of Performance: Base year: 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026 Option Year One: 1 November 2026 – 31 October 2027 Option Year Two: 1 November 2027 – 31 October 2028 Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation.
