All elevators, with the exception of the Powerhouse Freight elevator, are traction elevators. The Powerhouse Freight elevator is hydraulic. Power House Passenger (PHP) - Traction Elevator Power House Freight (PHF) - Hydraulic Elevator North Gate Tower Freight (NNL) - Traction Elevator South Gate Tower Freight (SNL) - Traction Elevator North Fish Pump Freight (NFP) - Traction Elevator North Non Overflow Freight (NNOF) - Traction Elevator All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Intent: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, is seeking a Contractor to provide routine and nonroutine maintenance to elevators at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam in accordance with the PWS, manufacturer’s instructions, ASME A17.1, ASME A17.2, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Period of Performance: Base year: 8 September 2025 – 7 September 2026 Option Year One: 8 September 2026 – 7 September 2027 Option Year Two: 8 September 2027 – 7 September 2028 Basis for Award: The Government will award one contract resulting from this solicitation in accordance with FAR 13.106 to the responsive and responsible offeror meeting or exceeding all solicitation requirements and representing the best value based on the evaluation factors specified in 52.212-2 of this solicitation.
